One of the fastest growing sports today is extreme paintball. Paintball is actually played by more people overall than the sport of baseball and it provides team competition, strategy building techniques and overall team work techniques. One of the main rules of safety in paintball is to have the proper safety gear. This means wearing goggles or a face mask anytime you are on or near the paintball field. Another safety rule to follow is to only use approved paintball gear and never participate in illegal practices like freezing your paintballs. While some participants do freeze their balls of paint for personal play, it is illegal in both field play and tournament play.

Playing extreme paintball can be a lot of fun and it provides the opportunity to participate in a fast paced competitive sport. It is also a sport that gives you the chance to work out combat-like scenarios in order to eliminate your enemy on the opposing team.
